Student Injuries

First AID- Any minor first aid injuries, please send to Nurse's Office for a band-aid, cleaning of wound, etc.

Head Injuries- Always report a student's injury and send to Office. Office Staff will complete an Injury Report, and send home a Head Injury Letter to Parent if applicable.
