STEPS to Securing a SUB if you plan to be absent.
All ESP Coaches must arrange/find their own sub by calling or reaching out to a sub from the list below.
STEP 1:
After you have made arrangements (and confirmation) with your sub, you must email 3 people:

and your site administrator with the following info:
Date(s)
Your Site
Your Grade
Name of your SUB
STEP 2:
Please leave general sub-plans for your sub so they are aware of what to expect and know what to do when they arrive.
STEP 3:
We will make sure the sub is added to your Discovery Education Class a day or so prior to their assignment, not earlier. If you did not receive a confirmation from us by the day prior to your absence, please e-mail again. Thank you
