What is ELOP?
The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) provides funding for afterschool and summer school enrichment programs for transitional kindergarten through sixth grade.
Why is the ELOP afterschool program continuing on after June 13th?
The district is providing an Extended Day Enrichment (aka after school program) from 12:00PM - 5:30PM for TK-6 students participating in the Elementary Summer Program or C-STEM: In-Person.
FREE Extended Day Program immediately follows from 12:00-5:30 PM on all ESP Dates.
Beginning June 13th, the Extended Day Program will continue to run through July 16th from 8:30AM-5:30PM.
All students who are attending in-person ESP will be automatically enrolled into the ELOP after school program at the school they will be attending. Parents may choose to opt-out of the after school program and pick up their child at 12:00PM or after, once ESP ends.

Can students change schools?
Students are enrolled in the school that they are attending during the school year.
For example, If your child attends Los Molinos during the regular school year, then they will go there. We are unable change schools for the summer program. If they entering 6th grade, they will be going to the assigned school for the 2024-2025 school year.
