Greetings!
My name is Ms./Mr. Amazing and I will be your child’s ESP teacher. We have been assigned to ENTER SITE LOCATION in Room ___ . I am looking forward to teaching your child for the next few weeks. Classes start on Tuesday, May 27th and ends on June 12th. Please see the 2025 ESP Calendar for class dates.
Breakfast starts at 8:30AM and instruction starts at 9:00AM. There will be no supervision on campus prior to 8:30AM. Please follow your school's drop off routine, have the students enter through the campus, and then they will be directed where to find me.
ESP instruction ends at 12:00pm. Please reply to this message and let me know if you plan to pick up your child at 12:00PM or if your child plans to stay for the free ELOP After School Program:
How will he/she be picked up at 12:00 once ESP ends? Please name the relationship of the person picking your child up at 12:00PM or if your child is old enough to walk home.
All students are automatically enrolled in the free ELOP After School Program until 5:30PM with one of our vendors (Champions/Boys & Girls Club/Del Haven). Parents may pick up anytime between 12:00-5:30PM, however, please let me know if you plan to have your child stay for the ELOP After School Program. If you indicate that they will stay, we will send them directly to lunch at 12:00PM after ESP instruction is over. The ELOP Program will contact you with more information soon.
****Please note: Beginning June 16th, ELOP will continue to run through July 17th from 8:30AM-5:30PM.
