LESSEN EXPECTATIONS - DON'T LOWER EXPECTATIONS

Give your students less work, your zooms should not be like a 45 minute classroom lesson BUT do not tell a student they should do less work than you requested. Expectations give the student the belief that you believe in him/her. That is very important!

Remember, teach and assess differentially!
