On the behalf of the college, I'm glad to share that with the help of our enthusiastic team we have now set up the Office of International Programs (OIP). The mandate of this office would be to explore collaborations with reputed institutions and universities overseas so as to enable the students of Hindu College to enhance their learning experience at the undergraduate level. Initiatives such as the AUS collaboration with the National University of Singapore and other such ties with Waseda University Japan, W&W institutions (WelTec and Whitireia) have been established in the past. We anticipate many such potential collaborations to be materialized with the OIP being established.
As we step into the implementation of NEP, such activities will be even more significant in the life of students. With this perspective, we are now going to have a designated Office of International Programs.
Prof. Anju Srivastava
Principal, Hindu College
It gives me great pleasure to introduce the Office of International Programs (OIP) at Hindu College. This initiative is designed to support our students in exploring opportunities beyond the campus, including global projects, virtual collaborations, and cross-cultural learning experiences. The OIP will act as a resource hub, guiding students in international internships, research initiatives, and exchange programs. By connecting students with global perspectives and practices, we aim to nurture skills such as adaptability, collaboration, and critical thinking — qualities that are essential in today’s interconnected world.
I encourage all students to engage with the OIP and take full advantage of the opportunities it offers. This office marks a step forward in preparing our students to excel not just academically, but as globally aware and responsible citizens.
