We accept the 2,3,4 year old Government funding. For those children not currently eligible for the free funding we charge £7.00 an hour (with effect from 1st September 2025). This can be paid by cash, direct through the School Money account and childcare vouchers. We accept various childcare vouchers please enquire with the school office regarding your childcare voucher scheme.

Government Funding
To see if your child is eligible for free government funding, please see the following website for more information. https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/. If your child is eligible for the government funding we will issue grant forms each full term. If there are adjustment during the term we will ask you to complete an adjustment form. For children wanting to access just their 15 hours funding, there is flexibility with the drop of time. Please speak to the school office when requesting sessions. Any queries regarding the funding please contact Julie in the school office.
Fees
We charge an hourly fee of £7.00 with effect from September 2025. This is charged to those children not eligible for the free funding or exceeding the free government funding. If your child does not attend a session no refund will be given for periods when the place is unfulfilled due to illness or holidays. Invoices are issued termly in advance. Any late payments over 30 days will incur a £10 admin fee. Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent.
Voluntary Additional Payment for Children in receipt of Government Funding
The funding we receive from the government only covers the cost of care and not snacks, drinks, consumables as listed below and we therefore we ask parents/carers in receipt of the Government Funding to make a suggested voluntary contribution to cover these costs to enhance the childrens learning. These charges are not a condition of your child receiving a funded place a Hillview Early Years. These prices are with effect from September 2025.
Daily Charge: AM £1.50 PM £1.00
Snacks - 50p per morning
Non-food consumables - Including wipes and nappy sacks 25p
Activities - Including celebrations (such as leavers parties), cooking, additional sensory ingredients above and beyond EYFS - 75p
Forest School (Wednesdays) - £1
