We aim to have approximately six to eight ‘named focus children’ each week.
Every child will be a ‘focus child’ once a term. Where notes, observations and photographs will be taken by all members of the team.
Your child will be assessed against our learning goals 4 times throughout the year and details will be recorded and sent through class dojo. You will be aware of how we are supporting your child in their development that term and how they can be supported at home.
Baseline: After the first term

Spring: April
Summer reports and transitions for school (Term 6).
Parents and carers will be invited to attend a parents afternoon/evening. The first will be a general discussion (near October half term) and the second in the Summer term to go through your child’s year and look at transition reports.
There will be a daily diary on Class Dojo for you to access which will detail some of the learning that has happened throughout that day.
