Can you choose one brain break from the list below?

Balancing - Take 5 mins and have a go at balancing a paper plate or soft toy on your head, have a walk around your house and see how far you get before it falls! Now try walking backwards!
Listen to your favourite song - have some time to sit and listen quietly or dance around and let off some energy!
Read your favourite book!
Have a doodle break - make some fun doodle marks on paper, can anyone in your house guess what you have drawn?
Roll a dice - make up rules for each number you land on. For example - if you roll a 2, you have to do 10 star jumps!
Make a paper aeroplane - how far can you fly it?
Draw a weather picture. What’s the weather like today?
Play the colour game! Sit down in one place and look around. How many different colours can you see?
I spy….. How many things can you see that start with the sound ‘a’ ( choose other sounds)
Build a tower - see if you can build the tallest tower. Can it balance and stay standing whilst you finish your next activity.
