We had a lot of disagreement in the beginning about how to move the hubs. In the end the team decided to accept the idea of the hooks instead of plowing the reason I wanted to use hooks is because of my grandpa’s tractor.
This is a picture of me and my grandpa getting a canoe from the barn. See those spiky things they lift and carry. When something is in the barn we don’t drive through the barn we pull it out.
In this picture my brother and grandpa are using the tractor to drag logs out of an area they cant drive in very well. Grandpa uses the pulley to lift just a little so the logs can get over the bumps… Does this remind you of our challenge this year?
Here I am using the tractor for something even more fun. The next summer grandpa helped me build the best zip line ever and I drove the tractor take a look.
If you watched the video you can see I have a lot of experience building and also driving tractors and different ways they can be used. I never thought of the idea of a hook because I just thought of the idea of turning the lift upside down and pulling because that’s what tractors do.
