When supporting students of any age, it is important to consider what will be most helpful as you observe and get to know more about what kinds of needs they have.  Case managers need to make sure that they are adjusting plans to suit their students both when their meeting occurs as well as when needs present themselves.  Below you will find banks of goals and accommodations organized by age group and subject.  Use these to aid in your writing or amending students' plans.  These lists are not all-encompassing, however they are meant to inspire how you could write out supports in plans to best serve your students.
