To ensure we are meeting the need of all of our students, we have to keep consistent and accurate records of what services we provided, when, and for how long. It is imperative that these records are kept to ensure we are following IEPs as written. As an accountability measure, HTH requires that service providers that you report delivery minutes via the SEIS delivery tracker. It is encouraged that you keep your own weekly records of your services for all students on your caseload as well as regularly inputting those minutes into the SEIS tracker.
