This was the first  day of my internship January 9th I had to go to school in the morning to fill out forms to finalize my internship.  After this I went to my internship Called Old Fashion Lumber  Located in Barrio Logan and my first day was pretty good I met with the owner Don and Met one of the craft smiths named Zach. Zach on the first day was teaching me a bit about sanding and what to do and not to do. Then after I started to understand more and got the hang of it  more. After this for the rest of the day I was helping sand some custom cabinets. 

For My second Day I helped sand the same cabinets  as the day before and that's pretty much what I did that day But On Friday. We had a demo lesson on how to use a saw right and how to cut wood right with a saw. So On Friday My mentor Don Wanted to teach me how to use a saw correctly and the right safety when using a saw and once he was walking me threw all the steps. During the demo I was understanding it more and then he let try it on my own And I cut a piece of wood for the first time It was super cool to do that and gain even more Knowledge from My mentor.
