Environmental Impact Essays

Our students composed a 5 paragraph informational essay to share their research findings on the dangers of plastic waste on our planet and on our campus. They were also tasked with proposing some solutions to teach others how to reduce their waste. 

Students used multiple infographics, texts, and videos as resources to aide them in their research, and as a class we discussed plagiarism and using cited evidence from another author to give credit for what we have learned. As you read, be on the lookout for your student citing another source in their writing!
