Crow oversees our operating guidelines, security policies, and procedures, security plans, and tactics. He is involved in event ops and works with the Ops Team on leadership development and security protocols.

Kristy
Administrative Director
Kristy oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of HRS. She works closely with the Managers on developing and implementing procedures and strategies and oversees event staffing, scheduling, and communications.

Field Operations Manager
Moshe is responsible for Field Operations documentation and SOPs, and developing a high quality team of security operations Leads. He coordinates members of the Operations Team to implement improvements to field operations and security protocols.

Administrative Operations Manager
Kali is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the Operations Team, including the security event pipeline, forecasting logistics needs, and ensuring pre‑event materials are prepared and disseminated.
Keaton (aka Qt)
Operations Team
Qt assists with Operations SOPs and documentation, event logs and reports, coordinating Lead/Supervisor scheduling, and implementing Operations processes.

HR Manager
Shiho is responsible for overseeing functions of the Human Resources team, including HR policies, hiring/onboarding, timecard/payroll processes, and management of employee records through Paycom.
Chris "Little Dragon" Payroll/Accounting Administrator
Little Dragon is responsible for weekly timecard processing and payroll tasks, and supporting our accounting processes. She supports the hiring and onboarding process for new agents and general HR Team functions.

HR Specialist
Dollface is responsible for maintaining staff records, supporting compliance and reporting, and coordinating the hiring and interview process for new agents. She supports the general HR team functions.

Recruiting Manager
Goblin is responsible for implementing recruiting strategies for new HRS agents. She manages the Referral Program, looks for creative ways to promote HRS, and works with the Recruitment Team to represent HRS at recruitment events.

Staffing and Scheduling Manager
Valhalla is responsible for communicating with HRS staff to build rosters for security events, managing scheduling, and helping wrangle pre-event logistics.
Amy "Bloom"
Scheduler
Bloom communicates with agents about schedules, roles, and event details, while building balanced rosters based on each employee’s strengths. She is often on the other end of HRS Scheduling text messages.
Dahlia "Dollar"
Scheduler
Dollar assists in the scheduling process with focus on SF Jazz Scheduling.

Captain is a trainer for our CA Guard Card classes, including Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force. He looks for ways to better utilize technology to make HRS processes more efficient.
