We challenge every learner to reach their full potential by:

• building positive relationships, embracing diversity and celebrating differences through the principles of Learning for Sustainability 

• creating inspiring and supportive learning environments where every learner is safe, healthy, achieving, nurtured, active, responsible, respected and included.  

• fostering curiosity, creativity and self-expression through high quality learning and teaching experiences. 

• equipping children with skills for learning, life and work by developing connections between school, the local community and the wider world, enabling them to become successful learners, confident individuals, effective contributors and responsible citizens.

We aim to integrate the Equality Act (2010) and the United Nations Convention on the Rights for the Child (UNCRC, 2014) into our curriculum to develop the knowledge, skills, values and attributes set out in the four capacities of Curriculum for Excellence.
