In 2022 Calloway's modified their Yard of the Month program to offer four $25 gift certificate each year. Our program is being modified to award YOM winners in the summer months only.  The ACC committee tours Hidden Lake Estates to determine which yard is the loveliest yards each month, June through September.  Your yard can only win ONCE per calendar year.

If your yard is chosen, the ACC will contact you via email and congratulate you on your lovely yard and hard work.  We’ll need you to acknowledge the email and verify your information so that you can receive your virtual gift certificate.  We’ll put the Yard of the Month sign in your yard, take a picture for the Hidden Lakes newsletter and share it with Calloway’s to celebrate your excellence; they will send you the $25.00 virtual gift certificate.   If you’re a member of the Calloway’s Blooming Rewards Garden Club, Calloway’s will add the $25.00 to your existing account.

Even in months when the Yard of the Month is not being awarded, your artistry and hard work can be appreciated by your neighbors all year round.  to be acknowledged.  So treat yourself and go for a walk to take in all the great yards in the neighborhood!
