b. Irrigation issues – leak in some sprinkler zones and broken heads that likely contributed to spike it water usage; also possible leak at front entrance adjacent to 2704 Hidden Lake Cove. Repairs are underway.
c. Broken controller at front entrance – John @ Landscapes, Etc. is repairing.
