HIBS is providing for your convenience different ICT services. To use them you will have to provide your credential in a form of username and password.
Below you may see the list of the services School is providing and type of credentials you should provide to access them.
1. School email Address
Your school email address is based on Gmail and is composed of: firstname.lastname@hibs.school.nz
password was assigned to you by School IT Admin
2. G-Suite (Google Apps, Google Class)
To access Google Drive, or create any document using Google Apps you have to login by using the same credential as for your School email (gmail)
3. Office 365 and Onenote
To access Office 365 you have to go to the website: portal.office.com and use your School's Windows login credentials.
In that case your login/user name will be composed of your School ID and School domain.
For example, if your School ID is: 123456 then your username for Office 365 will looks like: 123456@hibs.school.nz
Your password will be the same password as you use to login to the Windows based Schools computers.
5. Login to Schools computers
Schools computer are mostly based on Windows 10 and to access them you have to provide your School's Credentials. Each student at HIBS has its own Student ID. This is a number assigned to you when you have been enrolled to School. To access any computer at School you will have to type in your School ID Number and provide password provided for you by School IT Admin.
6. Login to access the internet
When using Schools computers to browse the Internet, you will be asked to login/authenticate. In such case your web browser will display a special "welcome page" with School Logo and boxes to to type username and password.
Simply type the same credential (username and password) as you do when login to School computer, which is your School ID Number and your "Windows" password.

On some occasions we are not able to login to any of ICT services., and no matter what password we type in, it just refuses to login.
