Math: enVision Math2.0 – is a comprehensive mathematics curriculum with superior focus, coherence, and rigor. Ensure success at every level with problem-based learning, embedded visual learning, and personalization. Pearson Realize online is used in conjunction with the student books.

Reading: Reading Street: Students will study various genres of realistic fiction, poetry, fantasy, and informational text. Students will continue to work on reading skills including comprehension, summarizing, story elements, fluency, and appreciation. Pearson Realize online is used in conjunction with the student books.
Phonics: Sadlier Phonics - provides explicit instruction and practice for phonemic awareness, alphabetic knowledge, decoding skills, sound-symbol correspondences, and manipulating and building words.
English: Shurley Method: Students will work through this graduated series while learning grammar and writing through jingles and repetition. It also stresses study skills and organizational skills. Students should become proficient in the questions and answer flow to label parts of speech.
Handwriting: Students will learn Zaner-Bloser cursive handwriting. Students are expected to maintain proper handwriting form on all assignments. Handwriting grades will come from both the Zaner-Bloser text and regular handwriting checks on various assignments.
Spelling: Spelling skills are taught and assessed in conjunction with the reading and phonics curriculum. Students are encouraged to practice spelling words on Spelling City. I will always “TRY” to have the next week's words available over the weekend. Please do not hesitate to message me through Classdojo if I don't have it updated.

Religion: We are using the Word of Life religion program.
Social Studies: Social Studies Weekly: a standards-aligned social studies curriculum designed for elementary students. It utilizes a weekly publication format, resembling a newspaper, with engaging articles, primary source materials, and accompanying activities. (taught by Mrs. Hagans)
Science: Mystery Science Series is an interactive web-based program. (taught by Mrs. Beck)
