Online Registration Instructions
Phase 1:Online pre-registration can be completed via holyfaithcouva.com from Monday 6th July, 2026 to Wednesday 8th July, 2026.
Phase 2: Completion of Registration: In-Person on Thursday 9th July, 2026.
Dear Parents,
Please be advised that the online pre-registration form is available at holyfaithcouva.com
Kindly ensure to click on all tabs and complete all sections of the registration form to successfully submit your application.
Online Registration Guide
Before you begin the online registration, please ensure you have a soft copy of the following documents readily available:
1) Birth certificate (pdf)
2) SEA placement slip (pdf)
3) School Immunization card (inside and outside on one pdf document)
4) Passport photo (jpg/jpeg)
5) Student ID and default password. The student ID can be retrieved from the list below.

Steps to complete online registration
Visit holyfaithcouva.com
Select STUDENT PORTAL
(i) Enter Student ID, beginning with '26' . For example, 26001
(ii) Enter the default password which is the student's date of birth using the format yyyymmdd
For example, the student's date of birth is 16th October, 2013. The student's password would be 20131016
(iii) Click "Login"; during your first login, you will be prompted to create and confirm a new password. Please ensure you save the password as you will need it for all future access.
Note: If the student's password is forgotten and reset by the HFCC Administrators, it will revert to the original format: the student's date of birth in the format yyyymmdd as shown above.
Click on Edit/View Registration
Complete ALL sections (i) to (iv) as shown below:
(i) Student Data
(ii) Family Data
(iii) Medical Data
(iv) Other Data
Click on Upload Documents.
(i) Upload the birth certificate, immunization card and SEA slip documents as pdf files.
(ii) Upload the picture as a JPG or JPEG file.
If you do not upload the picture as a jpg or jpeg file you will encounter a '500 Server error' when you try to move on the the last step 'Complete'. To fix the error, upload the picture as a jpg or jpeg file only.

6. Print the registration form on legal-sized paper (8.5" x 14"). The parent and/or guardian must sign the form in the space provided.
7. All required documents must be submitted for verification during in-person registration on Thursday 9th July, 2026.
Required Documents include;
1) Printed Registration Form.
2) Birth certificate: original and copy
3) SEA placement slip: original and copy
4) School Immunization card: orginal and copy
5) 2 Passport photos: Write the student's full name at the back of each photo.
6) Affidavit for name change, if applicable.
7) Assessment Reports for special needs, if applicable.
**If you are unable to print the completed application form, please send an email to marisa.ramlal@hfcc.edu.tt by 9:00 am on Wednesday 8th July, 2026. Kindly label the email subject as "Student Name – Form 1 2026."
8. Attend in-person registration on Thursday 9th July, 2026 at Holy Faith Convent. Couva.
