Special Arrangements

At HFCC students who have undergone psycho-educational pre-assessments and have been discovered to possibly lean towards Neuro divergency may qualify for special assessment arrangements at HFCC during end of term examinations, where they are afforded a separate room and or extra time to sit the exam.

If your daughter has such assessment please submit all documents to the school. If you would like to have an assessment done, we would like to invite you to bring along your daughter for free psycho-educational pre-screening at Holy Faith Convent Couva on Saturday 11th July, 2026 at 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. NALIS Registration

We encourage all students who are not yet members of the Public Library to register for membership. Upon registration, a NALIS Public Library card will be issued. This card provides users with a unique username and password, granting access to a wide array of e-resources to support diverse information needs.

To register, please bring the following documents with you on the in-person registration day at the school, scheduled for Thursday 9th July, 2026:

(i) One passport-sized photograph of the student

(ii) A copy of the signing parent’s/guardian’s identification

(iii) Proof of address (e.g., T&TEC, WASA, FLOW, or Digicel bill)

The membership form will be available in your registration package. Kindly ensure that both the parent/guardian and the student sign the membership form. Should you require assistance in completing the form or have any questions, feel free to visit our School Library, where a member of the NALIS staff will be available to guide and support you.
