Application Process

Welcome, prospective student of Holy Faith Convent Couva! 

This form is intended to be filled in by all students who are interested in pursuing their studies in CAPE CXC at HFCC for the next two years. The form comprises 8 sections, all of which must be filled out by candidates.

HFCC applicants, please use your HFCC school email. External applicants please ensure that you use your own gmail account. You can use this account to make changes, if necessary, before the deadline date and for the school to communicate with you in the future.

Internal students who wrote CSEC at our school DO NOT need to upload a softcopy of their results nor any recommendation.

Note that any information submitted by you at the end of this application is your responsibility and declared true by you. Any effort to intentionally alter the truth will automatically disqualify you and may have legal ramifications.

Before you go forward, please note the criteria for acceptance:

1. Students must be under the age of nineteen (19) years on the 31st of December of the year of entry (Sixth Form) and have had no more than six (6) years of secondary education AND

2. Students must have attained a minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects including English Language attaining grades I, II and III. Grade I and II in subjects being attempted at the Advanced Level will be prioritized. 

Please also note:

1. This year, only female students will be accepted into Lower 6. 

2. The deadline for applications is WEDNESDAY 20TH AUGUST at 11:59 p.m. 

3. We reserve the right to call in some candidates for interviews to get to know them better and further clarify information.
