Locate the Cleaning settings in Settings. Then, select [Pump Sanitization].

Press [Adjust Pot Angle] to tilt the pot so it lays flat.

Press [Pause Mixer] to stop the starch water mixer from spinning. Do not remove the starch water container until this step is done.

Remove the Starch Water cup from the cup holder, and clean the starch water cup thoroughly with soap and water.

Using Food Grade Sanitizer, dilute the solution according to its instructions. Fill around 75% of the starch water cup with the diluted sanitizer and place the cup back onto the holder.

Press [Start Sanitization Process] to start cleaning the tubes with food grade sanitizer. The timer will indicate the time required and left to clean. The sanitization solution will automatically dispense into the cooking pot

Remove the starch water container, then press [Sanitize Liquid Pump Tubes]. This dries the tubes and ensure all sanitizer residue is removed.

Once the sanitization process is complete, press [Clean Cooking Pot] to wash the pot and remove the sanitization solution.
