Gripper Operation Guide
Avoid tapping ingredient bowls with hands or other instruments when the gripper is actively pouring ingredients. Tapping may alter the angle of the gripper, causing issues when holding ingredient bowls.
Ensure that ingredients fit within the ingredient bowl. Do not allow excess ingredients to exceed the top of the bowl - this prevents the gripper from securely holding the ingredient bowl.
Avoid packing ingredients too tightly in the ingredient bowl. Proper placement should allow the gripper to effectively pour out the ingredients.
Ingredients that require defrosting must be thoroughly thawed to prevent them from solidifying in the bowl, which may prevent the gripper from properly pouring ingredients out of the bowl.
Remove any grease of sauce residues from the surface of the gripper. Improper cleaning may cause the ingredient bowl to stick to the gripper, preventing it from being discarded after use.
