Non-CCAP Dual Enrollment allows student to enroll in college courses on the Victor Valley College campus. If you are interested in a Non-CCAP, talk to your counselor for more information!
Non-CCAP students are limited to 11 units for Fall or Spring semesters and 8.0 units for Summer/Winter semesters.
Apply for VVC:
Apply Fall 2024 if you are taking fall classes.
Apply for Winter 2025 if you are taking Winter classes.
Apply for Spring 2025 if you are taking Spring classes.
After 3-5 business days you should receive an email from VVC with your student information.
If you had previously applied to VVC for Dual Enrollment or Early College Academy or for CTE Class Articulation you may not receive another email. You would have received the email the first time you applied.
Your welcome email will contain your VVC ID Number and your MyVVC Login information.

You will need your MyVVC login and VVC ID Number to access the Non-CCAP form in Dynamic Forms. That information was sent in your VVC Welcome email.
You must complete a Parent Authorization Form for your first CCAP or Non-CCAP class. Note that this form will expire 45 minutes after clicking the link. If you are not able to complete your form within 45 minutes, you will have to click the link and start over. Once you complete your portion of the form and click Submit, your parent/guardian will receive an email with instructions letting them know how to complete their portion.
You must complete a new Non-CCAP Dual Enrollment Form for each term you wish to enroll at VVC. Note that this form will expire 45 minutes after clicking the link. If you are not able to complete your form within 45 minutes, you will have to click the link and start over.
1. Your name should auto-populate, along with your VVC email address. You will not be able to change these.
(When taking college courses, you will be expected to check your VVC email daily).
2. Carefully put in your VVC ID number, NOT SHS student number, if it is not automatically filled in for you.
3. Input YOUR cell phone number.
4. Input the Term you are applying for and the course(s) that you are requesting.
5. Click to electronically sign your form.
7. Verify that the CCAP Coordinator's name and email address is listed. This should auto populate: Jen Hallett, jen.hallett@hesperiausd.org
8. Click Submit
9. Once you have submitted the form it will be sent to Sultana's CCAP Coordinator, Mrs. Hallett. She will review your request and submit the form to VVC for approval so you can register in the class.
Registering for Classes:
Once the form is processed, you will receive a registration block. Please allow up to 24 hours for VVC to complete this process after the form has been sent. To check your registration block, log in to your MyVVC account and go to Webadvisor: My Registration Date. It's important to note that as a student, you are responsible for registering yourself in the approved course sections. Neither SHS nor VVC will register students on their behalf. Class registration takes place in your MyVVC portal under Self-Service.
