VVC & SHS have an agreement so that certain CTE courses can be college "articulated". If a student is enrolled in the CTE course for the full school year and passes the course & final exam with a "B" or better, they can be eligible to earn college credit as long as they complete the college articulation process.
Students can earn college credit while they are in high school, allowing them to get ahead whether they are planning to earn a degree or certification in a trade after high school.
All CTE students will be required to apply to the local community college. The college application process is completed during class with your teacher and school counselor.
Students who earn an "A" or a "B" on a VVC-approved final exam in the articulated high school course shall be awarded and transcribed credit to Victor Valley College.
