Self Service is an application that can be found on all of our student iPads. It allows our IT department and teachers to "push" education related Apps to the iPads and allows students to download them without an Apple ID.
On the home screen of your iPad, there is an application called Self Service. Tap on the icon shown to the right and you will see a list of every application available for your child's iPad. We recommend only downloading the apps suggested by your teacher so that the iPad doesn't run out of storage space.
Apps are listed in alphabetical order, or you can use the search feature in the bottom right of Self Service. If there is an app that you'd like to download onto your child's iPad, simply tap the "Install" button below the app icon. If you accidentally delete an app, you can also re-download it here.
If you need to update the app, you can also do so in Self Service. Find the app in Self Service and tap the "reinstall" button below the app icon. This can help if you are having trouble with an app or want to get new features that the app developer releases.
