Google Drive allows users to store files on their servers, synchronize files across devices, and share files. In addition to a website, Google Drive offers apps with offline capabilities for Windows and macOS computers, and Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Google Drive encompasses Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Logging into Google Drive on Web (Students only)
Go to your portal: drive.google.com
Select "Go to Drive" in the upper right corner (first time logging in)
Log in with your district email (@hershey.k12.pa.us) and password
Once you have logged in, you will be brought the Google Drive Priority page where you will see a list of files that you have created.
Select "Shared with me" on the right side to see documents that others have shared with you
Logging into Google Drive on App (Students only)
Download Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Slides from iOS store or Self Service
Open app and select "Sign in"
Log in with your district email (@hershey.k12.pa.us) and password

Select the "two person" icon from the bottom of the main screen. This is the "Shared with me" page and shows documents that others have shared with you.
