Non-Resident Rec Center Memberships

Heritage Meadows offers a small number of memberships to non-residents. If you're interested in joining the Heritage Meadows Rec Center and Pool, please contact us. Memberships are offered on a first come first come basis.

NEW: In 2025, the Pool was resurfaced & Pool Deck was replaced!

Other Features:

Heated Saltwater Pool, Kiddie pool, play structure, indoor hot tub, sand volleyball court, indoor basketball hoop, exercise equipment, up to 6 guests per visit, host up to 2 Parties a year, community events.

Heritage Meadows: Two Associations

Heritage Meadows Homeowners Association: 

The core purpose of our Association is to ensure the smooth and harmonious governance of the Heritage Meadows community. This association takes care of the common areas and matters related to living in the community.

Heritage Meadows Recreation Center Association:

The rec center consists of common amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, sport court, volleyball court, and playground. All homes in Heritage Meadows are deeded to the Heritage Meadow's Recreation Center Association, in addition to the Heritage Meadows Homeowners Association.
