HOA Maintenance:
HOA dues help keep the community looking its best. They cover essential services like tree trimming in common areas, lawn mowing of shared spaces, and snow removal from the path between Jonathan Pl and Jordan Pl. Please note that HOA dues do not include trash removal or snow removal on main sidewalks or private driveways.
Grounds:
Our Heritage Meadows Grounds Committee works hard to ensure that our shared spaces are beautiful and well-maintained. They assess the health of our trees, flora, and landscaping, and plan for improvements that everyone can enjoy.
At the March, 2018 Annual Meeting, the Board announced, and a majority of those present approved, a "restart" to the Architecture Review protocol outlined in the covenants.
Under the new protocol, homeowners announce plans for all new exterior projects, and all other homeowners can express their opinion on the project's suitability. The goal is to encourage property updates and improvements while maintaining overall aesthetic harmony in the neighborhood.
If a majority of the eligible neighborhood votes (18 out of 34) vote to disfavor a planned project, revised plans may be requested.

The nature of materials to be used, as applicable, e.g., stone, wood, tile.
A color swatch or manufacturer's reference number.
