June 28th, 1914 - The spark of WW1 with the assassination of the heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne. (Archduke Franz- Ferdinand
1917 - The Russian Revolution Begin Vladimir Lenin becomes dictator and changes Russia to the Soviet Union
November 11th, 1918 - The Central Powers surrendered
June 28th, 1919 - The Treaty of Versailles discussed by France, Great Britain, and USA officially ending WWI
1920's - Benito Mussolini took control of the Italian government
1924 - Vladimir Lenin died and Joseph Stalin took control of the Soviet Union (USSR)
1929 - The Great Depression starts with the stock market crash in the US and no trading with Europe.
1933 - Adolf Hitler comes to power in Germany through the Nazi Party
1935 - Germany and Italy formed the Rome- Berlin Axis
1938 - Hitler breaks the Treaty of Versailles by annexing Austria
September 1, 1939 - WWII Begins When Germany Invades Poland and Russia follows.
