The focus of this unit is on the foundational economic concepts and skills that are integrated in multiple units throughout sixth grade social studies. Understanding of these concepts and skills will be linked to your own experiences and knowledge as well as lay the foundation for the rest of the course. By the end of the unit you will be able to demonstrate effective use of vocabulary and themes, and apply them to daily life.
