2024

Our venue, The Georgia Freight Depot, was provided to us by a list based on our previous ticket sales. Our number one complaint the year prior was the cramped dance floor. Our entertainment company wanted to offer us large spaces based on our large numbers (450 students). Our Caterer was provided by the venue. Our entertainment company, Track 7, provided decor, lighting, and provided the DJ to us. 

2023

Our venue, The Biltmore, allowed enough space based on our previous ticket sales. When Prom Committee toured the venue, we knew it would be perfect for our theme this year. We chose our caterer because we received a discount from The Biltmore. Our entertainment company, Track 7, provided decor, lighting, and provided the DJ to us. 

2022

We needed vendors for things like our venue, caterers, dj, and a photo booth. We chose the Georgia Tech conference center as our venue, and that included parking, catering, and guest seating. We chose a separate dj and photo booth from researching them local to us. Things we needed to consider for the next year, were if we wanted to use the same vendors for our dj and photobooth, or if we wanted to find something that better fit our needs and budget.
