At LGHS, we think that bringing outside experts into our building (whether face to face or virtually) is imperative to show our students possibilities beyond life in high school. We primarily do this through in-class and advisory opportunities.
Our students and our staff recognize that the most important thing we can do in life is serve others. We primarily do this through offering space for individual Capstone work that supports the school and the community, through partnerships with our cluster elementary schools, and through our freshmen advisory service learning project.

Our school works intentionally and diligently with our partner elementary and middle school to ensure that we are not only vertically aligned, but that our high school students continually find ways to support, teach, and mentor younger students.
