Create an action plan based on your driving question. Your action should be SMART.

Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Timely

As you plan, start small and then grow the action as you are able! The following is a sample of what your plan of action might look like. The sample shows the first step, the major action, and then an extended goal which might be considered if the major action is successful. Use the table (your copy here) to start, but feel free to add to the table and make it more detailed.
