Contact Guidelines:

• Contact hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm on school days. I do not check emails or messages after hours, over holidays, or on weekends.

• In an attempt to limit phone tag, there is an automated scheduler app available to you. 

• Please allow up to 48 business hours for return contact. 

• Ex.) If an email is sent at 3pm on Friday, it will be returned by 3pm the following Monday (24 school hours), unless Monday is an HCS holiday it would then be returned when school resumes. 

• Students are expected to email from their HCS email, not personal accounts. 

• Quickest method for return contact: please text, or email me providing 1.) Your Name 2.) Students Name 3.) Requested return contact method 4.) reason for contact. 

• This will help me be able to research the matter and able to provide context at the time of contact.
