Welcome to our Culinary Arts program. I am excited to share my knowledge of culinary to your scholar. During this journey will will begin with simple life skills to survive (Intro to Culinary). We will put our knowledge of understanding to demonstrate proficiency in Culinary I course. Once students begin Culinary II, they must be confident in completing dishes using various cooking methods.
If the scholar is passionate about Baking we have a pathway to guide them. Students will begin with the basic fundamentals of Intro to Culinary Arts. Students will continue to Baking & Pastry I where they will learn different types of doughs, cakes, fillings, and types of breads. Students will continue to master skills in Baking & Pastry II with croissants, sourdough breads, petit fours, frozen desserts, cheesecakes and even boba.
