Kenya Gray

LIEP Teacher

My name is Kenya Gray, I have 8 years of dedicated service in Henrico County Public Schools within the LIEP Department. My educational career began as a Spanish Teacher, allowing me to share my passion for language with my students. My passion for language developed out of first having to learn English upon arriving in the United States from Germany as a German speaker.   My personal experience as an English learner drives my commitment to working with immigrants and refugees.  Serving as a LIEP Teacher merges my love for language and my desire to support our community of refugees and immigrants.  I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to contribute to the Tucker community!
