Mrs. Lesha Jackson, Associate Principal, began her teaching career at Skipwith Elementary School after completing her master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Virginia in 1992. She knows that one of Greenwood’s greatest assets is its diversity; providing the perfect opportunity for students and adults to learn from one another. Her goal for the year is for all stakeholders to actively work to validate, appreciate, and celebrate each other, which is the true meaning behind our ONE FAMILY motto. Outside of being at Greenwood, she loves to spend time at the beach, exercising, and playing board/card games with her family. She is a big “foodie” and appreciates tasting cuisine of all cultures, but especially favors eating sushi.
