Senior Classroom Presentation
Hermitage High School uses the Parchment Exchange credentialing system for transcript requests and sending for our seniors. Seniors will be able to request their transcripts to be sent to colleges, universities, scholarship organizations and recruiters via the Parchment Exchange system.
You will receive your custom Registration Number to set up your Parchment Account through your HCPS student email account.
Use your custom Registration Number to set up your Parchment Account - PLEASE USE YOUR PRIVATE EMAIL ACCOUNT TO SET UP YOUR USERNAME. If you skip this step you will not be able to access your account once you have graduated.

Our counselors need to get to know you a little better! It's time to BRAG! We've made that easier by creating some documents that give you and /or your parents a chance to tell us about yourself and your amazing achievements. This way we can write the "perfect" letter all about our favorite student!

ALL SENIORS need to complete their application for Federal Student Aid:
It opens October 1, 2025, for all students attending college during the 2026-27 school year. If you have questions on how to complete this form please see our GRASP page in order to make an appointment to meet with our GRASP financial aid advisor. You may access the official FAFSA website below. **Please do not go to any other site to complete this application. This is a FREE application and no one should make you pay to complete it**
