Spring Sports

Everyone needs 5 forms to try out for any sport now.  

•  The high school VSHL physical form (6 pages) will now be used in Middle School too.  It must be dated after May 1, 2024 signed by a doctor and parents and include insurance.  You may use the same one for all sports in a school year. 

•  Concussion Policy Form  

• Student Activities Contract

• Heat Related Illness Form

• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form

Practices and tryouts are 3:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday.  Games start at 5:00 and will go later than practices.  Please see the spring sports tabs above for more information and schedules for each sport.
