Spring Sports Tryouts - Monday, March 16th   

Everyone needs 5 forms to try out for any sport 25-26

•  The high school VHSL physical form (3 pages turned in) will now be used in Middle School too.  Physicals must be signed by a doctor and parent and must include insurance.  

NEW this year:  Physicals last for 14 months from the date they were given.  Please be aware that your physical may expire in the middle of a season now and will need to be updated to finish the season. 

•  Concussion Policy Form  

• Student Activities Contract

• Heat Related Illness Form

• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form

Practices and tryouts are 3:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday.  Games start at 5:00 or 5:30 and will go later than practices.  Please see the sports tabs above for more information.  Game schedules will be posted closer to the start of school.
