Gymnastics Tryouts will be Monday, Jan 26th

Spring Sports Tryouts - Monday, March 16th   

Everyone needs 5 forms to try out for any sport 25-26

•  The high school VHSL physical form (3 pages turned in) will now be used in Middle School too.  Physicals must be signed by a doctor and parent and must include insurance.  

NEW this year:  Physicals last for 14 months from the date they were given.  The May 1st rule is no longer the rule.  Please be aware that your physical may expire in the middle of a season now and not last an entire school year.

Practices and tryouts are 3:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday.  Games start at 5:00 or 5:30 and will go later than practices.  Please see the sports tabs above for more information.  Game schedules will be posted closer to the start of school.
