Chromebook Keyboard Shortcuts

Tabs and Windows

Ctrl + n = open a new window
Ctrl + t = open a new tab
Ctrl + Shift + q q (twice) = sign out of your Google Account on Chrome OS
Ctrl + w = close the current tab
Ctrl + Shift + w = close the current window
Ctrl + Shift + t = reopens the last tab you have closed (remembers up to the last 10 tabs)
Ctrl + Tab = go to the next tab in the window
Shift and click on a link = open the link in a new window
Alt + [ = dock a window on the left
Alt + ] = dock a window on the right
Search + L = lock your screen

Alt or Search and up arrow = page up
Alt or Search and down arrow = page down
Ctrl + Alt and up arrow = go to top of page
Ctrl + Alt and down arrow = go to bottom of page
Ctrl + r = reload your current page (refresh)
Ctrl + Shift + r = reload you current page without using cached content
Ctrl and + = zoom in on the page
Ctrl and - = zoom out on the page
Ctrl + 0 = reset the zoom level
Ctrl + d = save current page as a bookmark
Ctrl + Shift + d = save all open paged in your current window as bookmarks in a new folder
Ctrl + f = open the find bar to search your current page
