Hello HHS - my job as your campus tech is to ensure that your technology tools are working properly and to assist you in utilizing technology in the classroom.
If you have issues with technology devices, the IncidentIQ work order system is the best way to get help.
This allows you to submit a work order with specific details of the issue occurring.
When you submit a work order, it automatically sends me an email, alerting me to the issue.
You do not have to take the time to send an email letting me know you submitted a work order.
Those submitting a work order will get priority over phone calls and emails.
Submitting a work order will allow me to assign to district technology.
In addition to work orders, I also:
Reset passwords for logging into desktops, Google, and Skyward accounts
Unlock accounts for desktops and Skyward
Train how to use programs
Manage the marquee out front
ID cards for students, staff, and student groups
Manage student Chromebook equipment
