A dedicated five week workshop where you can learn entry-level skills to get you into film-making for fun. Workshops cover screenwriting, storyboarding, camera-handling and audio, directing a shoot and video editing. There's an option to do a further five weeks in the second half of the Spring term making a complete short film or documentary before working as writer or crew on our KS3 Film production in the Summer Term. Drop-in workshops for competition entrants held on Wednesdays after school in the Edit Suite (A28). Come and edit your competition entry footage and get advice on getting the best results out of your material for your video based on 'The Sea and Me' (see competitions page for more info).
