Some technology problems are easier to handle after the workday ends. Helmlight provides scheduled evening and weekend IT support for solo and small law firms that need help without interrupting attorneys and staff during normal business hours.

Before You Schedule

After-hours troubleshooting is billed at $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Payment of $125 for the first hour is required before billable troubleshooting begins.

Many common single-issue requests can be completed within the first hour, although some problems may take longer depending on the scope.

If additional time is needed, I’ll let you know before the first hour ends. Additional time is billed at $125 per hour in 15-minute increments and will only continue with your approval. Any remaining balance is due at the end of the session.

If replacement parts, hardware, or other equipment are needed, those costs are quoted separately and approved before any purchase is made.

For larger projects, I’ll discuss the expected scope and timing with you before work begins.
