I’ll review your situation with you and confirm whether Foundation is the right fit.

3. You authorize the engagement.
If you decide to proceed, I’ll send the engagement documents for your review and signature. After they are completed, I’ll send the payment link.

4. We schedule your setup session.
After payment, you’ll schedule your Foundation setup session.

5. We complete the guided setup.
I’ll work with you through the agreed Foundation setup items while you retain control of your accounts and systems.

6. You receive your Foundation Setup Summary.
I’ll document what was completed, anything deferred, and any appropriate next steps.

What Foundation Does NOT Include

Foundation is focused specifically on establishing or correcting your firm's core technology setup and ownership. It is not a cybersecurity implementation service.

It does not include:

Cybersecurity hardening or endpoint security configuration
Compliance assessments or audits
Backup setup or validation
Ongoing IT support or monitoring
