On-site support may be available depending on scheduling and location
After-Hours Support is billed at $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Payment of $125 for the first hour is required before billable troubleshooting begins.
If additional time is needed, we’ll let you know before the first hour ends. Additional time is billed at $125 per hour in 15-minute increments and will only continue with your approval. Any remaining balance is due after the session.

Many issues can be handled remotely through Zoom using screen sharing and, when needed, temporary remote control with your permission.
On-site support may be available in the Triangle area depending on scheduling and the nature of the issue.
Most requests receive a response within one business day, depending on scheduling and workload.
Additional evening and weekend support may be possible for urgent operational issues, depending on scheduling.
