We utilize Standards Based Grading and assess students based on the Common Core published standards. Students receive a numeric score based on their proficiency within each standard:
4- Students level of understanding exceeds grade level expectation
3- Student level of understanding is at grade level expectation
2-Student level of understanding is progressing toward grade-level benchmarks
1- Student level of understanding is novice.Â
Science and Social Studies are graded on the scale below.
S = Successful
P= Progressing
N = Needs Improvement
